So it's time to rise up, wise up, size up
Open up the book and look to Jesus
Holding on to all that he has told us
Learn to wield the sword of truth with boldness
Yes it's time to wake up, shake up, take up
A life full of the Spirit do not fear it
For if the almighty God is for us
No demonic power can ever stand against us

I, I will think twice next time he lies
Telling me I'm not worth the time
I'll lift my eyes and then reply
"My life is now secured in Christ"

Now it's time to gaze up, praise up, raise up
A people who will live with hearts surrendered
Tuned in to the heart of God the Father
Ready to believe all he has authored

Yes it's time to suit up, boot up, root up
The sin that sometimes gets us so entangled
For there is a plan for God's creation
Jesus dying on the cross for our Salvation

Let?s not be unaware our fight is not just mortal
But there is one who seeks to conquer and devour us
But we can stand up strong
Clothed with God's Holy armour
As we resist that scheming liar will just run run run
